DPMC’s purpose is to advance an ambitious, resilient and well-governed New Zealand.
This means providing high-quality impartial advice and support services to the Prime Minister, Cabinet, and the Governor-General on a daily basis. In addition, DPMC helps coordinate core public service departments and ministries.
