This conversation tracker is the record of a workshop with policy capability leads (people nominated by their agency to lead work to improve policy quality and capability). We discussed how agencies are using the Policy Project policy improvement frameworks, identified lingering ‘pain points’ and highlighted promising practices in agencies that others could ‘steal with pride’.
