The New Zealand Order of Merit
His Excellency the Governor-General, Chancellor of The New Zealand Order of Merit, has advised that the Queen has been graciously pleased to appoint:
Janet Marie Warren Shroff, CVO, to be Secretary and Registrar; and
Phillippe Patrick O’Shea, LVO, New Zealand Herald of Arms Extraordinary, to be Herald,
of The New Zealand Order of Merit during Her Majesty’s pleasure.
