Rachel Hayward has been appointed Secretary of the Cabinet and Clerk of the Executive Council.
The appointment was effective from 2 November 2022.
Rachel was previously Deputy Secretary (Constitutional and Honours) in Cabinet Office, a position she held since 2014.
